Menus management
🍽️ Menu management allows you to assign a fixed price to a set of items from specific departments. The feature can be enabled on the Configuration page, General Options, under the "Item Catalog" section.
🧱 Operating principle
A menu is made up of several items, each of which must belong to a predefined department.
You can :
- Give your menu a title
- Set a single price for the entire menu
- Select the departments from which menu items will be chosen
The menu Formula can be composed of an item from the department Entrances and an item from the department Dishes.
🤖 Automatic application of menus
Once your menu is configured, the software will automatically detect if items in an order can be grouped together to form a menu.
The menu price will then be applied to the order.
🖱️ Menu selection buttons
Buttons corresponding to each menu will be displayed in the sales interface.
When a menu button is used, the software will ask you to successively select the items making up this menu.
You can also call the menu list with the keyboard shortcut : 7$
