This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

Setting up cashboxes
⚠️ To perform this operation, you must have administrator rights.
🧭 To access the checkout configuration page, navigate to Configuration > Cash registers.
➕ Adding a new cashbox
Click the button Add located at the top of the table.
Fill in the fields provided in the window that appears.
✏️ Modifying an existing cashbox
Double-click the field you want to edit.
Press Enter to confirm the change. Each change is automatically saved.
📋 Meaning of the different fields
- 🏷️ Name : Name displayed on receipts.
- 💶 Funds : Amount left in cash register for next opening.
- 💰 State change date : Date the cash register was closed or opened
- 🔒 State : Indicates whether the cash register is open or closed.
A closed cash register cannot record sales. - 🕒 Change of state : Date and time the cash register was last opened or closed.
- 📅 Creation date : Date the fund was created.
- Receipt text : Additional text on the receipt for this box
- Manager : The cash register manager.
- Delivery method : The delivery method of the box.
- Accounting chapter : The accounting chapter of the fund.
⚙️ Configure the default cash register
To change the default float that employees will have to leave at closing, go to Configuration > Payment.
Edit the field Default cash fund to set the new value.
