Export orders to a spreadsheet or accounting software
You can export sales data for analysis in a spreadsheet, or send it to your accountant in a format compatible with tax obligations.
These exports are also available in the Reports page, and the same filtering or date selection possibilities are available.
Export of the tax archive
This document is the most important document to download, at least every year.
The file format that corresponds to the generation of tax archives is the format called 'Tax Archive'.
This will give you a ZIP file containing different CSV files.
The data in each CSV file is signed using an HMAC-SHA256 signature string.
The exported CSV files are: payments, orders, items, closures, traceability
Export to a spreadsheet
These reports list paid orders over the selected period, and can be opened with a spreadsheet.
- Excel – .xlsx format compatible with Microsoft Excel
- CSV – Universal format for all other spreadsheets
Export to accounting software
Three formats are offered to meet the needs of the different accounting tools used by your firm or business.
- SAF-T – Standard Audit File for Tax: international XML-based format for transmitting accounting entries.
- FEC – Accounting Records File: official format recognized by the French tax administration.
- Accounting CSV – File in CSV format, with one line per accounting entry, structured according to your accounting chapter configuration.
Export SAF-T
SAF-T files are comprehensive accounting reports that comply with the tax requirements of several European countries. They are intended for your accountant or tax authorities.
They are digitally signed to ensure their integrity and authenticity. You can view these files with tools such as SAF-T Analyzer.
FEC Export
FEC files (Accounting Records Files) comply with the standards imposed by French legislation.
They are used by the majority of accounting firms and accounting software in France.
