Import and export of the list of articles

🔄 You can interface the cash register with other software, save or load your item list, inventory, purchase prices, or product names.

⚙️ On the Configuration page, for items and customers, it is possible to import and export this data so that it can be edited with a spreadsheet or software compatible with the CSV format.

📤 Export your data

✅ The export tool allows you to generate a file containing your catalog of items, customers, departments, etc.

📁 This file can be opened in a spreadsheet program, allowing you to easily edit your data.

📥 Import data

🔍 During an import, the system automatically detects:

• ➕ New entries to add
• ♻️ Existing entries to be updated
• ❌ Entries present in the database but absent from the file (delete option)

👆 You can independently choose the actions to perform: add only, update only, or also delete missing elements.

📝 Recommended procedure

1. 📤 Export your current catalog using the button Export in the item, department or customer configuration pages.
2. 🧾 Edit the data in the exported file with a spreadsheet.
3. 📥 Import the modified file again via the import page.

⚠️ Structure update

🛠️ If you change your store configuration (adding custom fields, descriptions, variants, etc.), the fields required in the import/export files may change.
