This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

Setup variations of items

🛠️ To perform this operation, you must have administrator rights.

🔓 Activating the feature

You must first enable the feature via the page Config > General Options > Commands, in the Articles box.

This feature requires an extended license.

🧩 Once the option is enabled, a new entry titled Variations appears in the configuration menu.

In the variations configuration page:

Add a title to your variation set.
Then click on the column Content of the line to edit the associated variations.
Add the desired variations (for example: Rare, Medium, Blue).

Each variation can include: a title, an image, a display order, a supplement or a price reduction.

💡 Examples of variation sets: sizes (S, M, XL), colors, cooking, options, toppings, etc.

On the item or department configuration page, select the desired set of variations via the column Variation.

🛒 When adding an item to an order, the software will ask you to choose a variation if the item is associated with one.

💡 An item can have up to 5 variations.

A variation can be marked as Terminale to end the choice of variations when it is selected.

✅ For example: an option End of toppings can be added to allow the user to validate their choice of toppings without selecting more.
