Activate discount coupons

To use this feature, you must first enable the corresponding option on the Config page, General options, Loyalty tab.

Set up a coupon

Once the feature is enabled, you can create your coupons from the Configuration > Coupons page.

Each discount voucher is identified by a unique code that the customer can enter to benefit from it.

Conditions for applying a voucher

You can set conditions for the voucher to be accepted. Available options include:

• Maximum number of total uses
• Minimum order amount
• Order containing a specific item
• Order containing an item from a specific department
• Start and/or end date of validity
• Usable only by one client or group of clients
• Single use per customer
• Minimum number of items in the order
• Restriction to a specific fund
• Restriction to a delivery method

Choose the discount applied

You must select a discount to apply when the voucher is valid. Only percentage or fixed amount discounts are allowed (excluding menu or fixed price discounts).

The discount is applied to the order subtotal.

Use of the voucher

Customers can enter their code online or via the 'Discount Voucher' action button in the sales interface.

The software automatically checks whether all conditions are met before applying the discount.

The same voucher can only be used once per order.

Send a discount coupon

From the coupon configuration page, a 'Send' button allows you to launch a marketing campaign (email, SMS, etc.) to communicate the coupon code to targeted customers.
