⚙️ Activating the feature

To enable "event" ticket printing, you must first enable unit of measurement management for items.

See you in Settings > General Options > Commands, then in the paragraph Items, activate the option “Enable the use of units of measurement for items and departments”.

🛠️ Configuring event items

Once enabled, go to the Items Configuration page and edit the items corresponding to the events.

Assign them the unit of measurement Place (for example for a concert, performance or screening).

📋 Creation of articles for each event

Each representation must be recorded as a separate item.

For example, for a show called Schreck THE jj/mm à 22h30, create an article named Schreck dd/mm at 10:30 p.m..

This way, the name and time will appear correctly on event tickets.

✅ Conditions for printing event tickets

Event tickets will only be printed if the order is validated.
