This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

⛔ Cancel entry of an item or current order

The ESC button allows you to cancel the current operation.

Possible behaviors of the ESC button

If an amount is being entered on the numeric keypad, it is cleared.
If a multiplier is entered, it is reset to 1.
If a filter is applied to the rays, it is removed.
If the user confirms, the current order is completely canceled.

Attention

It is no longer possible to cancel an order once payment has started.

⚠️ To cancel an order for which payment has started, you must issue a refund.
