📊 Reports and statistics

This section shows you how to view sales, filter sales, generate exports, and perform a cash flow closing.

📁 Access reports

Open the main menu (?)
Select Reports
Choose the desired period: today, week, month or custom dates

✅ Amounts displayed include sales, discounts, taxes and refunds.

📈 Sales statistics

Total sales
Number of tickets
Average per ticket
Best Sellers
Distribution by payment method

💡 This data helps you track the progress of your business.

📤 Export reports

You can export your sales data in CSV or PDF format:

In the Reports section
Choose the desired format (CSV for spreadsheet, PDF for archiving)
Download the file to your device

✅ The CSV file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

🔒 Cash closing

The cash register closing allows you to validate the end of the day and archive the day's sales.

Access the Cash Close menu
Check the totals
Confirm the closure

✅ The closing allows you to check the amounts in the cash register.
