🍽️ Preparation steps feature
This feature allows you to organize orders into several stages, to better structure preparation in the kitchen or in production.
Activation of preparation steps
Go to the actions configuration page.
Add an action of type “Preparation stage”
This action can then be used in the command interface.
Use on command
When you place an order, you can then assign each item to a preparation step.
For example :
- Step 1: Inputs
- Step 2: Dishes
- Step 3: Cheeses
- Step 4: Desserts
Display on preparation page
In the preparation page, only the items of the active step are visible.
The preparer can validate the end of the current step.
Once this step is validated, the articles of the next step become visible for preparation.
