This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

📟 Pager management

The software allows a pager to be associated with each order to notify customers when their order is ready.

Activating the feature

To enable pager management, go to the page Configuration > Controls

You will need to indicate the number of pagers available in your establishment.

Once the feature is enabled, you can use the action button "Num beeper" when registering an order.

This button allows you to assign a pager to the current command.

On the preparation page, you will see the list of pending orders as well as the pager number associated with each.

When the preparation is complete, you can activate the pager to notify the customer.

🔔 This feature is ideal for self-service or counter pickup establishments.
