This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

Before the store opens, follow the steps below:
- 🧑 Log in with your personal account
- 🖨️ Check the printer paper feed
- 📄 Navigate the page Cashbox
- 💶 Enter the float amount, then select Opening of the cash register
⚠️ The float is the amount of cash available at the start of the day to give change and must correspond to the amount left in the till the day before.
Close cash register
At the end of the day or your sales session:
- ✅ Complete or cancel any pending transactions. If the option Require validation of all current orders before closing the cash register is activated, this step is mandatory.
- 📄 Navigate the page Cashbox and select Close cash register
- 💰 Enter the cash availability amounts for each payment method (cash, checks, credit cards, etc.).
- Leave the field unchanged if the amount is correct.
- Correct if you notice a discrepancy: a cash register error will be recorded.
- 🗃️ Empty the cash drawer, leaving the cash float for the next opening.
- 🛠️ You can configure the default float amount at the store level.
- 🔐 Log out of the cash register
- 💼 Place money, checks and credit card receipts in a secure location
💡 The next time you open the account, the user will need to check that the cash is present.
