This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

📴 Offline mode

Offline mode allows you to continue using the app even without an internet connection. Orders are then automatically synced as soon as the connection is reestablished.
Offline mode can only be used for short periods of time (max 24 hours).

✅ Terms of Use

Offline mode is available only:

  • On the Android app
  • On a computer using Chrome or Firefox

⚙️ Functioning

If no internet connection is detected, the software automatically switches to offline mode.

As soon as a connection is available, the software automatically switches back to online mode.

📋 Features available offline

  • View the article catalog
  • Create quotes or prepare orders
  • Consult your customer book

⚠️ Sending invoices and final registration of orders are only possible once the internet connection has been reestablished.

🔄 Synchronization after reconnection

Once connected to the internet, a window will automatically offer to synchronize orders created offline.

Each order will then receive a unique number and will be recorded in the database.
