The report viewing page has been updated.
Data visualization in the form of graphs has been enhanced, and the presentation of HTML and PDF reports has been modernized.
This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

Data visualization in the form of graphs has been enhanced, and the presentation of HTML and PDF reports has been modernized.
- Web services:
It is now possible to add, modify, or delete items, departments, department groups, or customers via web services.
- Payment method selection confirmation:
It is now possible to enable confirmation for payment method selection (on the Config page, General Options, "Payment" section).
- Automatic grouping of items into menus:
It is now possible to disable the automatic grouping of items into menus.
- Expense reports:
It is now possible to send expense reports by email.
- Quick access to the list of items, departments, customers, tables, or menus:
It is now possible to quickly navigate to the list of items, customers, and departments using the keyboard shortcuts $a, $c, $r...
- Filtering items by supplier:
It is now possible to filter items by supplier on the item configuration page.
Exporting the item list:
The creation date is now exported within the item list.
- Stock alert reports:
Barcodes are now displayed in stock alert reports.
- Gift certificate numbers in reports:
It is now possible to view the gift certificate number used for a payment from the order history in the reports.
The app menu has been updated to a more user-friendly, ergonomic version.
Important:
- Swiping the screen from left to right expands the menu in a single gesture.
- You can switch back to the old menu at any time (first option in the “Interface” section of the general settings page).
It is now possible to click on the items in the receipt for which you want to generate an expense report, or click on the payment for which you want to generate the expense report, or simply enter the expense report amount.
Access to the customer list can now be activated from the main menu.
The software now distinguishes between receivables from validated orders (invoices) and unvalidated orders (quotes).
A new email template is now available for validated, but not yet paid, orders. It is now possible to automatically send an email upon order validation and again upon order completion (balance paid).
We’re excited to announce that you can now seamlessly connect your Kash.click cash register with PennyLane. With this new integration, all your sales, refunds, and even software license invoices will be automatically transferred to PennyLane. This makes your accounting smoother and saves you valuable time.

License purchases are currently unavailable in the Android app due to the new Google Pay regulations regarding accepted payment methods in Play Store applications. We will restore this feature very soon in an upcoming update.
