Report templates

The report templates feature allows you to customize reports by selecting the tables you want to display based on the user profile or the purpose of the report.

Enabling Report Templates

To enable this feature, go to the general reporting configuration page and enable the “Report Templates” option.

Once enabled, a new section will appear in the Configuration menu, titled “Report Templates”.

Model configuration

In the Config > Report Templates page, you can create multiple custom templates. For each template, you can:

• Give the template a title
• Choose which tables to include in this template (e.g. summary figures, VAT report, payment methods, sales by item, etc.)
• Save the template so it can be reused when viewing or exporting reports

Using Report Templates

Once your templates are configured, you can select them when generating a report, directly from the Reports page.

This allows you to save time and obtain only the relevant data according to your needs (accounting, management, business analysis, etc.).

Examples of models

• Accounting Model – Includes: VAT, daily figures, payment methods, summary figures
• Model Manager – Includes: monthly sales graph, sales by register, users, customers, departments
