This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

🤝 Client referal

The referral system allows your customers to recommend your store to their friends and family while receiving rewards.

Sponsorship activation

To activate customer sponsorship, go to:

Configuration > General options > Loyalty

Amounts offered

You can configure:

💶 The amount offered to the sponsor
🎁 The amount offered to the godchild

These amounts are allocated in the form of credit that can be used at the cash register.

How the referral code works

Each customer has a unique and permanent referral code.
This code is automatically printed on receipts.
It can also be included in order confirmation emails or SMS.
The code can be entered when creating a customer account, in the online store or at the checkout.
