The referral system allows your customers to recommend your store to their friends and family while receiving rewards.
Sponsorship activation
To activate customer sponsorship, go to:
Configuration > General options > Loyalty
Amounts offered
You can configure:
- 💶 The amount offered to the sponsor
- 🎁 The amount offered to the godchild
These amounts are allocated in the form of credit that can be used at the cash register.
How the referral code works
- Each customer has a unique and permanent referral code.
- This code is automatically printed on receipts.
- It can also be included in order confirmation emails or SMS.
- The code can be entered when creating a customer account, in the online store or at the checkout.
