Quote Management and Order Validation

In Kash.click, understanding order validation is essential. An order is automatically validated when you register your first payment or use the order validation button.

Until an order is confirmed, it is considered a quote. This means that no order number will be assigned and the document will be labeled 'Quote'.

Once the order is validated, the software automatically transforms the quote into an invoice. The document then receives an order number and the word 'Invoice' is displayed instead of 'Quote'.

The transition from quote status to order status is therefore completed through this validation. Once validated, you can download the document in PDF format, send it by email, SMS, or any other method offered by the software, in the same way.
