This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

📤 Send quotations or invoices

It is possible to send an invoice or quote using several methods: by post, by email or by SMS.

Difference between quote and invoice

If the order has not been validated, a quote will be sent. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent.

To send an invoice:

Use the submit button at the bottom of the ticket or in the main actions.
Add custom buttons in the actions configuration page: Send by SMS, Send by mail, Send by email.

You can enable an option in the configuration to automatically send the invoice after order validation.

Sending by SMS or postal mail requires the purchase of credits (via the Account page).

If a customer account is associated with the order, their contact details will be used for shipping: email, address or telephone number.

Submitted PDFs are digitally signed to ensure their authenticity.
