Label Contents

Labels may contain:

• The name of the item, customer or table
• The barcode or QR code
• The price of the item, if available
• The quantity, if available
• A description
• The best before date (BBD), if available

Using labels

• Scanning an item's barcode adds the item to the order
• Scanning a customer's barcode assigns the customer to the current order
• Scanning a table's barcode in the sales interface allows you to associate the table with the order
• Scanning a table's QR code with a smartphone opens the order page dedicated to that table

Labeling media

• Customer labels can be stuck on plastic cards
• Product labels can be stuck directly onto the products or printed on A4 sheets for easy scanning.

Customizing printing

From the label printing page, you can:

• Use a search filter to print only certain labels
• Select a category of items or customers
• Set print margins, number of columns, and spacing

This allows you to adjust the printing to your usual label format.
