When paying, a simple click allows you to send a payment request that the customer validates from the Lydia application.
No physical interaction is necessary, the customer can even validate remotely, before arriving on site.
An email will be sent to you by Lydia to finalize your registration and validate your professional account.
Once your account is validated, Lydia will send you two identifiers:
These identifiers must be copied into the corresponding fields in our software and then saved.
Once the identifiers have been entered, two new actions are available in the interface:
To receive a refund, the customer must accept the amount on their smartphone. The professional must have previously topped up their Lydia Pro account.
