It is possible to manage your customer list in the software.

Methods for adding customers

  • Manual addition via the client configuration page
  • Addition during the sales process
  • CSV import containing your customer list

  • Registration by the customer himself via the online shop
  • Automated addition via web services
  • Prestashop import or automatic synchronization with WooCommerce

Fields available for a customer

  • Title
  • Name, First name
  • Email, Phone, Secondary Phone
  • VAT number, Company number, Identity document number
  • Address line 1 and 2, comment, postal code, city, country
  • Manual GPS position or via current position
  • Personal Notes and Public Notes
  • Associated barcode or NFC tag
  • SMS or Email Billing/Marketing Preferences
  • SEPA Direct Debit Mandate for subsequent payments

The postal code allows automatic entry of the city.

The address is automatically geolocated via Google to facilitate deliveries.

Detailed customer file

You can access the customer file from the sales interface or from the configuration page.

  • Infos: modification and consultation of personal information.
  • History: list of past orders.
  • Marketing: total payments, favorite day, most purchased items over 3 months.
  • Loyalty cards: consultation of current maps.
  • Merge: merge duplicate customers (orders, points, credits, etc.).
  • Contact: contact the customer by email or SMS.
💡 Tip: Use a customer barcode scan to quickly add it to an order.
💡 Tip: With NFC scanning, identify your customer by scanning their credit card, or NFC device, or NFC tag (Android and Desktop compatible).
