🔄 2.Import the file into Cegid Loop

From Cegid Loop, you have two options for importing the file: manual or automatic.

Manual import

1. Open Cegid Loop
2. Go to: Accounting > Imports > Entries > Custom, FEC, TRA
3. Select your exported FEC file
4. Validate to start the import

Automatic (bulk) import

You can also drop the files into the directory designated for automatic import, if your Cegid Loop instance allows it.

Limits recommended by Cegid Loop for automatic imports:

• Up to 1 million movements
• File up to 133 MB

• Check that your FEC export is well structured before importing.
• Always keep a copy of your exported files for archiving.
