⚙️ Advanced settings

This section presents the advanced settings available: VAT management, user management and automatic cloud backup.

💶 Configure VAT

The system allows you to set a default VAT rate for the store, for each department, or for each item.

Open the Settings > Taxes / VAT menu
Set a default VAT rate for the store
In each department you can apply a specific rate or leave it 'default' to inherit from the store
In each item sheet, you can choose a specific rate or leave it 'default' to inherit the department

This allows you to automatically manage VAT according to the organization of your catalog.

✅ Example: an item configured as 'default', placed in a 'default' department, will inherit the store rate.

You can create multiple users with different rights:
