This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

⚙️ Advanced settings

This section presents the advanced settings available: VAT management, user management and automatic cloud backup.

💶 Configure VAT

The system allows you to set a default VAT rate for the store, for each department, or for each item.

  1. Open the Settings > Taxes / VAT menu
  2. Set a default VAT rate for the store
  3. In each department you can apply a specific rate or leave it 'default' to inherit from the store
  4. In each item sheet, you can choose a specific rate or leave it 'default' to inherit the department

This allows you to automatically manage VAT according to the organization of your catalog.

✅ Example: an item configured as 'default', placed in a 'default' department, will inherit the store rate.

👥 User management

You can create multiple users with different rights:

  • Single Seller (access to checkout only)
  • Manager (access to inventory and reports)
  • Administrator (full access)

Each user can identify themselves in three ways:

  • With your email and password
  • With an associated NFC tag
  • With a personal barcode

☁️ Backup and cloud

All data is automatically backed up to the cloud.

  • Secure access to your data from any device
  • Automatic synchronization of products, sales, customers and inventory
  • Connection possible on multiple devices at the same time
