The software allows you to use a relay point delivery system, allowing your customers to collect their orders at a defined location.
Activation of delivery by relay point
When you activate the “Relay Point” delivery method, a dedicated interface becomes available.

Adding and managing relay points
From this page, you can create as many relay points as needed. For each relay point, you can define:
- An exact address (used for geolocation)
- Personalized opening hours
Choice of relay point by the customer
On the online store, if the customer chooses the “Relay Point” delivery method, they will be asked to select a location.
The various relay points will be displayed on an interactive map to make your choice easier.
Tracking the chosen relay point
The relay point selected by the customer is automatically visible on the receipt and in the order details.
🗺️ Make sure that the addresses of the relay points are precise for good geolocation.
