🧾 Order preparation
This feature allows you to track and mark as ready orders requiring a preparation step.
Activating the feature
To enable order preparation, go to:
Configuration > Controls
Access the Preparation page
Once the option is activated, a new “Preparation” page becomes accessible.
It displays the list of recent orders to be prepared.
The page updates automatically without the need to refresh it.
- Orders entered via the online store or checkout appear on this page.
Managing preparer users
You can assign the “Preparer” right to certain users.
This role only gives access to the list of orders to be prepared or prepared.
The user will be able to indicate when an order is ready.
Validation of the preparation
On the Preparation page, two types of buttons are available to mark an order or item as prepared:
- ✅ Validation of an article (preparation of a single article)
- ✅ Validation of an entire order (all items in the order are marked as prepared)
The global validation option can be disabled in the configuration page.
⚙️ Adjust user access rights so they can manage preparation without accessing the entire software.
