This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

⏱️ Preparation time

The preparation time management feature helps you better organize your workload when only one preparation location is used.

Activating the feature

To use this option, enable it from the configuration page.

Once enabled, you can enter a preparation time (in seconds) for each item.

This allows the system to calculate the total time required for each command.

⚠️ Durations must be entered in seconds.

When selecting a date and time value for an order, an interactive timeline is displayed.

This timeline shows the slots available around the chosen time.

It allows for better distribution of preparations and informs the customer of a realistic preparation end time.
