Export orders to a spreadsheet or accounting software
You can export sales data for analysis in a spreadsheet, or send it to your accountant in a format compatible with tax obligations.
These exports are also available in the Reports page, and the same filtering or date selection possibilities are available.
Export to a spreadsheet
These reports list paid orders over the selected period, and can be opened with a spreadsheet.
- Excel – .xlsx format compatible with Microsoft Excel
- CSV – Universal format for all other spreadsheets
💡 Spreadsheet exports allow for more in-depth processing or analysis of your sales data (sorting, filters, personalized statistics, etc.).
Export to accounting software
Three formats are offered to meet the needs of the different accounting tools used by your firm or business.
- SAF-T – Standard Audit File for Tax: international XML-based format for transmitting accounting entries.
- FEC – Accounting Records File: official format recognized by the French tax administration.
- Accounting CSV – File in CSV format, with one line per accounting entry, structured according to your accounting chapter configuration.
Export SAF-T
SAF-T files are comprehensive accounting reports that comply with the tax requirements of several European countries. They are intended for your accountant or tax authorities.
They are digitally signed to ensure their integrity and authenticity. You can view these files with tools such as SAF-T Analyzer.
🔐 To verify the authenticity of generated SAF-T files, use our public cryptographic verification key.
FEC Export
FEC files (Accounting Records Files) comply with the standards imposed by French legislation.
They are used by the majority of accounting firms and accounting software in France.
💾 You can generate your FEC files for a given period, in order to send them to your accountant or during a tax audit.
