This help will guide you through the setup and usage of our point of sale cash register software.

📦 Shipping Management

The software allows you to automatically manage orders to be shipped, whether direct sales or via the online store.

Activating the delivery method

Activate the delivery method Ship in the general configuration options.

This method then becomes available at the checkout as well as in the online store.

When ordering, select the delivery method “To be shipped”.
Once the order is paid, it automatically moves to the preparation stage (if this option is activated).
After preparation, the order is displayed on the page dedicated to shipments.

Accessible via the main menu, this page displays all orders ready to be shipped.

Orders are presented as printable labels.

Available features:

Each order ready to ship has a button "Shipped".

Clicking this button hides the order from the pending shipment list.

If an order is scheduled for a future date, you can set how far in advance it should be shipped.

The software will then suggest sending it at the right time.

🚚 Remember to check the shipping page regularly to ensure you don't miss any orders to be shipped.
