Setting up departments
   🔒 To perform this operation, you must have administrator rights.
  ⚙️ Go to the page Setup , then to the submenu Departments.
     ➕ Adding a new department
  Click the “Add” button at the top of the table.
  Fill in the fields provided in the window that appears.
     ✏️ Modifying an existing department
     - Double-click the field you want to edit.
    - Press Enter to confirm your change.
    - Changes are automatically saved after each entry.
    - To change the shelf image, click on the existing image and fill out the displayed form.
   
     🔍 Meaning of fields
     - Name : Department name as it will appear on the receipt and on the keypad.
    - VAT % : VAT rate applied by default to items in this department.
    - Discount : Discount applied by default to items in this department.
    - Keyboard : Indicates whether a selection key is displayed in the sales keyboard for this department. Otherwise, it must be selected via a drop-down list.
    - Image : Image displayed on the keyboard key (JPG or PNG format, size < 2 MB).
