Stock management

If you want to use stock management in the cash register, you have to activate the option in the SETUP, GENERAL OPTIONS page.
Then in the PLUs config page, you will see a new column : Quantity.
In this field you have to provide the available quantity of you product.
Minus one means there is no quantity management for this product.
You will be alerted when less than 3 items remains.


It is possible to enable the stock management for the departments or for the items.
3 different ways of handling stock are available :
- Stock is debited when items are added to an order
- Stock is debited when the order is validated
- Stock is debited when the order is prepared
