Setting up users
⚠️ To perform this operation, you must have administrator rights.
🧭 Go to the page Setup > Users
➕ Adding a new user
Click the button Add located at the top of the table.
Fill in the fields provided in the window that appears.
The user will receive their temporary login details by email, which they can modify when they log in for the first time.
✏️ Modifying an existing user
Double-click the field you want to edit.
Press Enter to confirm the change. Each change is saved immediately.
📋 Meaning of the different fields
- 👤 Name : User name (displayed on tickets).
- 👤 Email : User email (used to log in).
- 🔒 PW : User password (not viewable but modifiable).
- 🔐 Rights : Administrator, Manager, Employee, etc.
- 📅 Last presence : Last date of attendance (not modifiable).
🔑 User Rights
- 👑 Administrator : Full access to all software features, including financial data and configuration.
- 🧑💼 Manager : Full access except for configuration. May be the only one able to close the register or issue refunds (depending on settings).
- 👨🔧 Seller : Can record sales, close the register and refund according to the chosen configuration.
- 📊 Accountant : Access only to sales history and accounting reports.
- 📦 Preparation : Access only to the order preparation page.
- 🚚 Delivered by : Can view orders to be delivered only.
For each action button added to the interface, you can define the rights required to use it.
