Operating principle

You bill your customers directly for using the cash register, and you take care of paying the licenses to us.

You create a store account for your customer, configure it, and then enable the “White Label” option.

Personalized customer access

An access URL is defined for each client.

Your customer will be able to use this address to access their checkout.

He will not be able to log in to accounts from other businesses.

If access is via an app, configure the apps and enable locking in the White Label configuration.

Managing support requests

When the customer uses the contact form, messages are sent directly to you.

You can then forward requests to us if necessary.

Discount on rates

Since you are responsible for providing the support yourself, a preferential rate is granted to white label distributors.

The price of standard and extended licenses is reduced by 5 euros per month.

Domain Configuration

You have two options:

• Use your own domain name: create a CNAME entry for registreuse.fr on your domain and on www.votredomaine.ext
• Use a *.p.registreuse.fr subdomain (e.g. perfeito.p.registreuse.fr), which is configured automatically and free of charge.

In both cases, you must indicate the chosen address in the store configuration page, “White Label” tab.

Customer invoicing

You are responsible for billing and supporting your customers.

You can freely set your prices, add services (installation, training, support, etc.), and choose your payment methods.

You must have professional status (self-employed, company, etc.).

Account Management

• Create the store account for the customer
• Indicate that this is a white label account
• Create one or more user accounts (at least one admin account for the client and one for the white-label reseller)
• Select your user account as the white-label manager for this store account.

From your manager account, you will be able to adjust licenses, modify white label settings, and manage all your clients.

Take a test

You can create a new test account, enable white labeling, and verify that it works properly.

In the settings, select the user who will have rights to the white label (you).
