📦 Stock management
The software allows you to manage your stocks in a simple and integrated way.
Enabling inventory management
To enable this feature, go to:
Configuration > General options > 'Inventory management' box
Once enabled, a new “Quantity” column appears in the item configuration.
Indicate the quantity available in stock for each product.
- A value of -1 means that stock is not managed for this item (unlimited).
Low stock alerts
An alert is automatically displayed when the available quantity falls below the threshold defined in the general settings.
Receiving a stock shipment
From the item configuration page, you can quickly enter new stock arrivals.
- Click the 'Stock' button to activate the 'Stock Arrival' mode.
- Then click on a row in the item table.
- Enter the quantity to add.
✅ This method allows for a quick update of your in-store inventory.
Management levels
Inventory management can be enabled at two levels:
- At the level of the rays
- At the article level
Stock Debit Events
You can choose when the stock will be decremented:
- ➕ When adding an item to an order
- ✅ When validating the order
- 📦 When preparing the order
